Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how NEXARYO (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with Score Live, a lightweight mobile app that fetches and displays live sports fixtures and scores. Score Live does not require an account.

2. What Score Live does

Score Live connects to the internet to retrieve fixtures, live scores, and related sports data from third-party public sports data providers. Your device makes standard network requests to those providers in order to display the scores you ask for.

3. Information we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.
• We do not sell personal information.

4. Information that is involved

Because Score Live uses the internet, the following limited information is involved in normal operation:

• Network requests: when Score Live fetches scores, the third-party sports data provider (and any intermediate networks) will, like any web request, receive standard request metadata such as your IP address, request time, and the type of data you requested. We do not control what these providers log.
• Local preferences: your in-app settings (for example, favourite teams, selected leagues, theme, or notification preferences) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to NEXARYO.
• Diagnostics: the operating system or app store may collect anonymous crash and performance data and share it with us to help fix bugs. This is controlled by your OS / store settings.

5. Third-party data sources

Score data is obtained from third-party sports data providers. These providers may have their own privacy practices governing how they handle the requests that reach them. We select providers we consider reputable, but we do not control their internal practices.

6. Permissions

Score Live only requires standard internet access on your device in order to fetch scores. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or other sensitive permissions.

7. Children

Score Live is a general-audience sports scores app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — including children.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for network requests where supported by the upstream provider, and we apply reasonable technical measures to keep the app safe. No internet transmission is ever 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
